The bidding project islocated in Dengkou County, Bayannur City, the Nei Monggol Autonomous Region, R.P.China, which for 100000 kilowatt optical storage plus sand industry ecological coordinated development.

In recent years, the Chinese government has done excellent work in environmental remediation. Dengkou County is located in the western part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the southwest of Bayannur City. As an important crossing of the Yellow River between east and west, its geographical coordinates are 40°9 ‘-40°57′ north latitude and 106°9 ‘-107°10′ east longitude. Dengkou County belongs to the temperate continental monsoon climate, which is characterized by cold and long winter, short spring and autumn, hot summer, less rainfall, sufficient sunshine, and rich heat. The annual sunshine duration is more than 3300 hours, suitable for the growth of crops in northern China, but also has a good photovoltaic power generation benefit.
